A particular passion of mine is plant based cooking and I enjoy catering for workshops and retreats by creating menus that are both delicious and nutritious! For the winter this might be hearty soups and warming roasted vegetables, moving to lighter dips, pestos and salads in the summer months.

 

For a number of years I have been providing seasonal lunches for Anne McIntyre's workshops, providing plant based, gluten free menus aligned with Ayurvedic principles. The menus change with the season, including foraged ingredients such as nettles where possible - and I also provide yummy vegan and gluten free cakes!
